Awful experience. Literally NO return calls or emails. Would rather pay a higher rate than deal with this incompetence again. They sent numerous requests for informations and docs and I sent back emails showing they acknowledged receipt of what they were asking for again. Even their own real estate agents are hesitant to recommend them.
