Worst experience ever - I have moved 8 times, 8 mortgages and some refinancing. After giving the amount of the mortgage I was applying for, the amount was overstated by Approx. 5 K. It was for upfront buy in fees to the Shea organization. I also stated in writing that I wanted to pay the 5K separately and not have it in the mortgage. Rick put it in the mortgage. He said it could be removed but out would delay the closing up to 2 weeks. After getting approved and signing Docu. forms, the processor continued to ask for "missing" financial forms. I was sending PDF files up to the day of the closing.
As I said WORST EXPERIENCE ever
