Absolutely awful to deal with. The initial conversation was great, I was given a decent rate and terms and a promise to close in 3 weeks. After being barraged with calls and texts to get my information over the course of 24 hours I had to wait over 3 weeks to get a response back. The original terms with no points and a great rate were long gone by the time they got me locked into a rate. There was no communication at all. Toward the closing one of the owners or owners daughter started communicating with me as my loan officer could not be bothered. After spending hours getting all my statements together, sending everything in, having to sit in three-way calls to verify my payoffs with different companies, every single one of my payoffs was incorrect. One of my loans didn't have the correct name on it and the lawyer's office couldn't pay it. The response I got from Allyson was that I really shouldn't be contacting her I should be contacting my loan officer. Also that I should have brought this up at the closing which I did and was advised by the attorney they had to go by what the mortgage company sent. Over a month later and I still have payoffs that never reached the companies and I'm paying double interest and making payments on accounts that should have been paid off a month ago. I was told that there was no prepaid interest because it was a refinance. I was naive enough to think that I wouldn't be lied to. I've never had a loan with no prepaid interest. I signed something stating I didn't want my information sold off. I have received non-stop mail and now texts and phone call solicitations from companies they sold my info to. They didn't come to the closing they didn't ever follow up with me to see how the closing went, not an email or a letter saying thank you for doing business with us - nothing. Just don't bother me, call the loan officer that never responds to you. Absolutely horrible horrible horrible service.
