If I could give them a zero i would. The agents Marla McGee and John jakala have got to be the dumbest people in mortgage. And that's putting it nicely. Several times or agent has asked if we needed anything and we're set to choose then a couple days before they say oh we need this or this needs to be done. The fees are ridiculous for them. This has cost us extra money because they fail to tell us what the requirements are for the loan then tell us after we had the inspection done that we need to pump the septic and have it inspected again. If you would have said that in the first place we would of had them do it when we had it inspected. The worst lenders ever. If they are your only choice then go without. If I made a many mistakes at my job as then I wouldn't have one. If we hadn't invested so much money already then we would go with another company.
Their rates may not be great but at least they have poor customer service. This is far from my first mortgage, but this has been the single worst financing experience I have had to live through. Their customer service has been lousy. They get phone numbers and emails wrong, they ask for information that has already been sent, they do not communicate changes, they make numerous mistakes on documents (always check their work!), they send expected closing dates that they miss month after month, they do not manage expectations in any form, and they do not accept responsibility for anything. The whole mortgage banking industry stinks, but their service must be among the worst.
