some friendly tips for Oceans Mortgage mgmt. 1)tell your loan officers that ppl cannot qualify for a mortgage when they have multiple collections on their credit reports, don't wait a month to tell me when I could have been working on it. 2)tell your loan officers to stop pulling clients credit reports when they say "don't pull my credit report yet, I don't want another inquiry" 3) tell your loan officers that its a good idea to tell prospective clients that ANY unpaid repos will go against their DTI as an actual car payment. 4)tell your loan officers to follow up with prospective clients as promised, not in 2 weeks when they get back from vacation and you have to email them and ask them "whats going on with my application?" 5)tell your loan officer to actually listen to prospective clients when they have bad credit concerns. don't just say "lets just submit all your documents and see what happens" when the client tells you their score is "only 600" 6) im rating you .5 customer service, I cant comment on mortgage rate/closing costs because I never got past 1st base

Classic bait and switch lender. I found a great rate and called them. Lyndsey said she'll honor the rate. I sent them a screenshot and she confirmed that they'll honor the rates. After submitting my application (less than 7 calendar days), she called back pushing a rate that was almost a point higher saying that the rates have changed! They pulled my credit report for no reason. STAY AWAY from this dishonest lender!
