DO NOT USE this mortgage broker. I am an agent and a seller. Have been an agent for nearly 8 years now, and have NEVER had an experience even close to how TERRIBLE this one has been. The buyer chose this lender. 1st their rate was 9% when the going rate was 3.78%, then the mortgage broker marked the property as urban, when it is CLEARLY a country property (5 acres), so when the appraisal came back as rural they required the buyer to come up with an addition $10-15K. Mortgage broker has a new plan to use a different lender and transfer appraisal (tells both agents that appraisal transfer was approved when it clearly was NOT). 2 weeks later both agents are told that buyer needs add'l $10k and we are going back to original lender!! WTH kind of customer service is this. You NEVER know what to believe out of Pam and Laura!! Seller has had to pay an add'l mortgage note and may be moving back into home that was supposed to close 19 days AGO. Oh I forgot to mention that originally mortgage broker told buyer and buyer agent that we would close in 27 calendar days!! STEER CLEAR I would give no Stars if possible.
