All I can say is it was a nightmare. First loan officer failed to communicate after several attempts after getting a quote. Second loan officer took over but went down hill fast. Made serious mistakes on closing disclosure and had to postpone closing. Terrible communication And incompetency here. Delay in getting loan money sent to title agency by three days. Then they sent the wrong amount at last minute. Title agency called them the “chop shop of lenders.” You might make a couple of payments to them then the loan is sold to someone else. I would hate to have them manage my loan. Almost backed out at last minute upon advice from title agency. Got a good rate From them but not worth the chaos they caused. Shop around but don’t go near this place. It’s nothing but a comedy of errors from this outfit.
Worst mortgage company, I have ever experienced. Applied online , uploaded documents they requested, they ran my credit and No one contacted me regard my application. I had to call them to get the preapproval emailed to me. After what I experienced just for the preapproval, I would NEVER trust this company to complete the entire mortgage process and after all the bad reviews that's turning up about this company, I truly dodged a bad mortgage experience.
Keller Mortgage is the worst company I have ever worked with on a mortgage. This will be my 4th home purchase and the customer service atrocious. Jeremy, my loan officer, was great while he was trying to sell me on the loan but the moment I started going with them I didn't receive a single phone call from him to help guide me through the process. Keller Mortgage will talk up their automated portal for uploading documents but when they reject your documents there is no other communication as to why it was rejected and what is needed. I have had to upload the same documents 2-3 times. I would receive the automated email reminders twice per day with each one stating I needed to submit something different. Next time I'll stick with Wells Fargo.
