This company will answer you at first. I was working with one of the senior loan officers and he text back and give us our credit scores and said we qualified. He said he would get back to me within 48 hours and let us know about our home value. Well he never got back to me at all. Even after numerous text messages of asking him to get back to me either way I was ignored. He knew who I was because we were only communicating by text. I even put my name in the text again and asked him to tell me if they could do anything either way and to please let me know. It has been almost 2 weeks, and I haven't heard anything. I know I'm not going to either. I think that is poor serivce. You can at least answer somebody back. Please do not send me any more of your fliers in the mail either!
