Mortgage refinance. ....Refi in process with another mortgage co n received an lower interest phone call from analysis Ian promised to me quick closing with no issued as all information given....after transferring appraisal n 30 days into expecting to close and withdrawal of loan application from previous lender I was left in the boat in chesapeake bay without paddle. ..I put trust in this bank and was left without an apology for misleading and disceptive practice. ...facts were given in the beginning and acknowledge by the bavk to deckinef loan in the end...frustate to alternative.
