DELAYED LOAN BY A MONTH FROM ACTUAL CLOSING DATE AND RUDE BEHAVIOR OF THE LOAN OFFICER I recently got the loan from coast 2 coast group for a condo which is my primary residence. I contacted them on Sept 30 2020 and finally the loan was released on december 1 2020. It was unacceptable from the lender to take more than 60 days to process a loan for a new home. It would have been acceptable for a refinance but since it is a new home loan the seller was putting pressure and i was literally stressed out because of this lender and the loan officer who was rude to me throughout this process. The worst part was the response that i got from Aaron(Loan officer) in coast 2 coast group. The response would intimidate, to pull out the plugs, if we are asking any definite timing to close. The loan officer stopped taking calls and would send out emails only with any update which we have to wait. Since it a new home loan, the seller was asking for money for the delay and i had to pay 'per diem' charges for the 20 day delay and that costed me thousands of dollars. The loan guy didn't reveal that it would take this much time. Whenever asked for closing time, he would send out a stupid policy document saying it will be take time as much as it requires and no definite plan to close it by closing date. My closing date was Nov 5 which is a 45 day closing schedule. But it was closed on Dec 1 2020. The seller, my realtor and myself all were so much stressed out because of this lender and i would not recommend this lender group even for somebody whom i may not like.
