Very disorganized company. They have so many people with hands in the pots that they can not even keep up. We had people find discrepancies days before closing with information they had had for over 30 days. While people were nice their processes and organization are by far horrendous. No one knows how to follow through. While we were not the easiest to work with we both were hoping to work with a company that would explain things to us not just magically expect us to know the process.
