We were referred to Craig Chanel at 1st Reliant for our first home purchase Dallas, and it went extremely well. Since then we have refinanced with Craig multiple times, and we are looking to use him for our next home purchase. I always recommend him to friends, who are looking to purchase or refi.
One thing that stand out is his patience in explaining the details of the transaction, the rate, or the terms of the financing/refinancing. He believes that you should have all the information with a clear understanding of the pros and cons, so that as a consumer you can make the decision that works best for you at the time.
He has a very thorough knowledge of 1st Reliant's products as well as the competitor's products, and he always has his 'i's dotted and his 't's crossed. He's not pushy, and he works hard to stay on schedule to keep the process going smoothly and quickly.
It's helpful to have someone on your side who is so well connected, especially in an aggressive market.
In short, I would not feel nearly as confident in this market without knowing Craig has our back.
